JARCULTUR
HISTORIC CROSS-BORDER GARDENS
In 2019, the INTERREG Management Committee approved the JARCULTUR project, a cooperation between Spain and Portugal, which includes various actions to protect and enhance the historic gardens of El Bosque de Béjar (ES) and Mata do Bussaco ( PT).
It is intended to value the declared cultural and natural heritage , as one of the engines of the revitalization and increase of economic and tourist activity in the Center-Castilla y León area of cooperation, in coordination with other poles of attraction close to this heritage, such as Coimbra and Salamanca.
